Live event: The Start-up Generation: Building Bridges

Intuit, developer of bookkeeping and invoicing software, and The Canadian Youth Business Foundation, creator of a volunteer entrepreneur mentorship program, present The Start-up Generation: Building Bridges

Join us live at the Toronto Region Board of Trade or online for a live Google Hangout on Wednesday, October 9, from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. as we unveil the findings of a national survey of “Millennial Generation” entrepreneurs (those born between 1980 and 1995) and celebrate the participants in the Financial Bridge Builders, a financial literacy educational partnership between Intuit and the Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF).

Learn how entrepreneurship has evolved over the past generation and what changes lay ahead. Hear some of the timeless challenges for the first year of any business, and how modern tools and resources can help overcome them more easily than ever. Ten inspirational young entrepreneurs will also be featured, along with a lively discussion about how we can all foster a stronger culture of entrepreneurship in Canada.

If you can’t make it to Toronto you can watch the event LIVE on Google+. Enjoy the keynote presentation as well as the panel made up of some of Canada’s brightest young entrepreneurs and industry experts. Also get bonus coverage before and after the panel including one-on-one interviews and more.

Follow us on Google+ to stay up to date and RSVP to the digital event here.
