Guru connects professional freelancers to employers who need quality talent. If you run a design, writing, translation, legal, accounting, architecture or other service-oriented company, you may be able to find new clients using Guru. To set up a profile, follow these steps:

  1. Go to

  2. Click Join Now at the top right of the page.

  3. Follow the prompts to create a profile for your freelance business.

  4. Add resume details and a short biography to introduce yourself and your company.

  5. Use videos or photos to showcase yourself or your employees, and add a human touch.

  6. Fill out the services section with frequently searched keywords relevant to your skills.

  7. Create an online portfolio of your work.

Once you have a profile, people with work can reach out to you, or you can use your profile to apply for jobs that have been posted.
