The Navigation Bar is where you access all the people you do business with including your customers, suppliers, and employees.
To find a customer, click Customers to see a list of all your customers and a record of your transactions with them.
To find a supplier, click Suppliers to see a list of suppliers and their status letting you know who has been paid, who has not been paid, and who has not billed.
To find an employee, click Employees to see them listed with all of their contact information. You can also access your Payroll from here.
Click Transactions to view your Banking activity, see a list of your Sales (income) and Expenses (expenditures), and access your Chart of Accounts.
Click Taxes to see all of your tax information, including tax you’ve collected in sales, or paid on purchases.
Click Apps to see a collection of add-ons you can use.
Click Create (+) to see a menu of your options to create Customers, Suppliers, and Employees. You can also create Bank Deposits, Transfers, Journal Entries and Statements from this menu.
Search Using the Magnifying Glass
To find any invoices or cheques you’ve created, click the Magnifying Glass and enter the cheque number, date or amount in the search field.
Search Recent Transactions with the Clock
Click the clock to quickly see recent transactions listed chronologically.
The Gear Icon
Click the Gear icon to access your Settings, Lists, Tools, and Your Company account info. You can find more advanced accounting options under Tools.
